Dry Days

Exactly what it sounds like

A dry day is exactly that. Nothing felt, nothing seen. These often come after your period, before your body begins to prepare.

When you record a dry day, your chart shows it as a green stamp. It's part of a Basic Infertile Pattern of dryness.

Chart stamps: Dry
Dry days aren't empty, or "nothing happening." They're your body at rest in its rhythm. Noticing them is how you'll recognize when something changes.
