Peak Day

The last slippery day

Peak Day is the last day you feel the slippery sensation.

It's not the day of the most discharge. The amount can even fade while the slippery feel continues. The sensation is the marker, not the volume.

You confirm it, the next day

You only know a day was your Peak the day after, when the slipperiness is gone and things feel abruptly different.

When that change appears, Corvia asks you to confirm your Peak. You mark it yourself, and the count of the days after begins.

Chart stamps: Slippery, Peak, Day 1 after
If you feel unsure in the moment, that's expected. Peak is recognized looking back, not in the moment. You're not missing anything.
