After Peak, and Around Again

Settling

After Peak, your body settles. The slippery days are behind you for this cycle.

Once you've confirmed Peak, your chart counts the three days after, each carrying a 1, 2, or 3. By the third, the fertile window is understood to have closed.

Chart stamps: Peak, 1, 2, 3

The later days

Then you simply keep observing. These later days can look more varied: cloudy, dry, sticky. Eventually your period comes, and a new cycle begins.

During heavier bleeding, you won't be able to read your pattern. The flow covers it. That's just part of the rhythm.

One cycle teaches you a little. Several teach you a lot. The pattern is yours, and it grows clearer each time around.
