Reading Your Chart in Corvia

Your cycle in color

Everything you record becomes a chart, a picture of your cycle in color. Here is what each stamp means.

Chart stamps: Dry, Discharge, Possible fertility, Peak, After Peak, Bleeding, Spotting, No entry
The three days after Peak carry a 1, 2, or 3. This is the traditional Billings coloring your chart uses.

The same chart an instructor reads

This is the traditional Billings coloring, the same one a trained instructor reads. Green for your quiet days, white as your body prepares, an X on Peak, and a count of the days that follow.

Two ways to look

Calendar shows one month at a glance. Rhythm shows each cycle side by side, the way an instructor reads a chart, so you can watch your pattern repeat.

The 28-day sample cycle used throughout this course, read top to bottom, one stamp per day

You never have to hold all this in your memory. Your chart holds it for you. In time, you'll read it the way you read a familiar page.
