When Cycles Vary

Not the textbook

Not every cycle looks like the diagram, and that's normal.

Cycles can run long or irregular. Your body may begin to prepare, pause, and begin again before it truly reaches Peak.

Seasons of life

Life stages change the pattern too: breastfeeding, coming off the pill, the years approaching menopause. The method still works. It simply meets you where you are.

Rhythm columns compared: a textbook cycle, a longer cycle. Each column reads top to bottom, one stamp per day
If your chart looks different from a friend's, nothing is wrong. Yours is yours. Steady noticing is what reveals your own pattern, and Corvia has deeper guides for each of these seasons when you want them.
