Sensation: What You Feel

What you feel

The most important thing you notice is sensation. How it feels at the vulva as you move through your day.

Not something you check once. Something you become aware of.

A quiet range

Some days feel dry, or you notice nothing at all. Later you may feel a smoothness, and then a slipperiness.

Sensation is the heart of the method. It tells you more than anything you can see.

The range of sensation through the cycle, from dry to slippery
This takes a little practice. At first you may be unsure. That's completely normal. Awareness grows day by day.
