The Rhythm of Your Cycle

Not random

Your cycle moves through phases. It isn't random. It follows a rhythm your body repeats.

The shape of it

After your period, there are often quiet days. Then your body begins to prepare, and you may notice a change. That change builds, reaches a high point, and then settles again before your next period.

Five simple movements. You'll learn each one.

The 28-day sample cycle used throughout this course, read top to bottom, one stamp per day
You don't have to memorize this. As you observe, the rhythm becomes familiar. Your own, not a textbook's.
